𝗖𝗘𝗕𝗨 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗞𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗘 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗟, 𝗖𝗲𝗯𝘂 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 – To measure the overall performance of the FMA Coordinating Units (FCUs), the Regional Project Implementing Unit (RPIU) 9, under the Fisheries and Coastal Resiliency Project of FMA-9 conducted its mid-year meeting, July 11, here.

This serves as a platform for workplace improvement by evaluating the output of each staff member and operating unit over the first half of the year. This initiative engages staff by providing them with a clearer understanding of how their contributions align with the project’s mandates.
